Aqualite PS5-L polypropylene cartridge is designed for mechanical filtration of cold water from sand, rust, silt, clay and other suspended particles larger than 5 µm. Made of foamed polypropylene, it provides uniform filtration across the entire thickness of the cartridge, stable pressure, and high purification efficiency.

Where and how it is used

The Aqualite PS5-L cartridge is installed in 20" Slim Line filter housings and used as the first stage of cold-water purification in houses, apartments, or offices. Effectively traps rust and sand particles, extending the lifespan of plumbing, household appliances, and subsequent filtration stages.

Maintenance

• Recommended replacement — every 3–6 months or when system pressure decreases.
• The cartridge is disposable and cannot be washed or regenerated.
• For best performance, use original Aqualite cartridges.
